SITE ANALYSIS
You have a vision, a desire, a problem or a goal. We are here to listen to your needs and recalculate solutions based on our education, experience, bylaws and your budgetary limitations.
CONCEPT SOLUTIONS
Broad outline of a few options if necessary to get solutions based on parameters and design principles. This is a stepping stone to get to the final design. We look at the site conditions, typography, sun angles, Orientation of access and use.etc.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Now that we have worked out a direction to travel based on the concept above. We develop the design on Style, Finishes, Structure, Budget, windows, doors Energy Efficiency, Bylaws & Town planning.
